@sparkle3cm there's no shinies in RBY because they were coded in GSC, but since that relies on DVs, you could have a poke with the correct DVs to be shiny, but the only way to tell is trading with a GSC game. ho-oh isn't in the RBY games.

Lugia - whrilpool islands (silver you go to the top right island of the whirlpools once you get silverfeather from somewhere, forgot, i have to replay this game again lol. - For gold version, u need to get silverfeather at pewter city after you arrived in kanto from the guy in the garden i believe?, for crystal, i forgot lol)

I'll always remember the first time I defeated my rival in R2. I went with Electrode, Skarmory, Exeguttor, Dragonite, Slowbro and Muk. Electrode for guaranteed paralyz in 1st turn and then explode, Skarmory and Exeguttor are resistant to all of Lugia and Mewtwo attacks respectivly, Muk has awesome explosion power, and Dragonite and Slowbro were just fillin. It was down to Slowbro and Mewtwo and I used Blizzard and Mewtwo FROZE! I was so lucky I didn't deserve that win at all xD

RLAH = Reversed Luck And Hax. And not for the first time in the game either, I had to freeze an Espeon solid in the R2 Poke Cup TWICE due to its berry and the same for Little Cup R2 Final. Also had to land a Critical Hit against Karen as well...  very hard..

I can take him on w/ Mewtwo only R1, but R2 was SO HARD I didn't want to do it again after I beat him then since he KO'ed all 6 of my team mates on my first attempt with them (also lost a bunch before then as well, really hard). When I tried again after maybe twice or more (can't remember) Zapdos beat Lugia, Zapdos lost to Ho-oh, Mewtwo won, but when I got to his Mewtwo I only had a few chances with Blizzard to freeze his Mewtwo solid since it can recover then had to use Psychic till I won RLAH

@PiccoloCube Yes I've played the games. I've played every generation. But Mewtwo was my favorite pokemon and I know its sp atk is ridiculously high. And with thunderbolt being super effective it just seemed like it should've done more damage. But I didn't know Ho-Oh's sp def was over 400 so it checks out I suppose.
