Ya, you got it. By editing the video to be false, and asserting that false video as truth, they are attacking a man's character and acting in a fashion that could get them sued for such. Youtube would be then be another target of censonsrhip, all becausew Youtube doesn't allow users to report erroneous footage, only "obscene" videos.
