can you tell me why the circle dock dosen't work on my laptop? because if I install it on the PC it works but on the laptop it show's me that ther an error opening it and I showld click OK to terminate the program..pls help me

You don't install it, you unzip the file and then double click on the exe file in the folder. It should run then.
