i did this exercise everyday to every other and i still had thick thighs! I cant drop the weight! i am a tall women I weigh 265 at average. I am not a round women I am portioned pretty well but i am still chunky and i am sick of it! my doctor just started me on Phentermine. It really works in keeping me feeling full, but im just not confident that the exercises will help, due to past failure. sorry just needed a vent and maybe some advice would be nice. Thanks a bunch!!!
If you are eating healthy(count those carbs and limit yourself + lots of healthy meals) and exercise and are just generally active then this should help enough. The exercise can be added along side/afterwards. If you are doing both and you are still quite solid, then it's possibly a genetic thing - how are the rest of your family built? I'd also try yoga rather than 'exercise'. Yoga will 'tone' you as well as burn fat.

I think whats wrong here is your workout routine.
Thats what made it even worse if you dont get
proper stimulation. The bumps & dimples of
your lower body just gets worse and worse. All
