Great review Scout! As always very straight forward and good attention to detail mixed with your own views on the product. It looks like an extremely versatile light. I'm sure the quality is high as well.
Nice review buddy! I'm a bit of a flashaholic so this is all cool stuff for me. I like the angle head design which I'm guessing will be user friendly. You might have to show this again on one of your hikes. Keep up the great work!
Great review Scout. Maybe just because I haven't used it, but I think I would prefer the LD10 over the MC10. LD10 has the coolness factor for me. Overall it seems like a good light. I wonder if anybody has ever used (out of necessity of course) the SOS mode on the Fenix flashlights. Would make for an interesting story I think.
cool little light, lights have come a long way even the lower cost lights are damn nice lights. personally i use the cheap ones for $10 they serve their purpose and it wont hurt my wallet if they get lost or damaged
I am not surprised very often, but that light was able to pull it off. When I saw the GBG review last year I was not impressed. I used it hard for a few weeks, and found it very useful. Still not understanding the blue, though.
quark aa .2 lumas runs for 30 days. I use mine as a night light for camping to highlight my gun. Coyotes are a problem. They have tried to eat me when I was young.
great reveiw once again TLBS, got to admit its colour and L-shape dosnt float my boat, but i can see how it would be a great outdoor light esp for the price, cheers bro stay safe.
@TheDishD when viewing lighting products in general, the color makes no sense. Seems a toy at a glance. Out in the field, I was surprised how useful the shape and adjustable lamp-end proved to be. I was sad to let it go. But, at 50+, I need to think real hard about adding it to an already heavily stocked tool on our shelves.
hey, thanks for the review! so this is completely submergible?

Not bad at all. I think you're right in that shaving off a little bit of the cost would make it more desirable.

Would be nice if the head moved at the 90 angle, seen these at the store and never popped on it, still dig my LD10, great review

Good review. Does it stand on the tail cap, or is it too top heavy?

Is it just Americans that say lumens like an Imperial measurement?

I like it at $40. Does it come with the Diffuser?
TheTactical6string 1 year ago
@TheTactical6string Yes. I didn't get ahold of that though.

We blew it.. should have included the Difuser lens and other attachment ring.. sorry, we are learning
Great review, I liked that light too.. but.. I didn't love it
These cost around $50 if I recal correctly.. do you still like it as much at that price?

@GearBuyersGuide If they cut $20 off it, I'd like it more.

Interesting model, it has a lot of potential use for me at work on my bunker gear. I'll definitely have to check it out!
