From what I've seen, the cops in Hong Kong are the physically smallest cops in the world, they have thin arms, lanky legs and most of them are short. I think that's the reason they use foul language to make themselves look intimidating. Those HK cops are all talk, and that's the reason why I didn't feel safe when I was in Hong Kong.
