Hmmm, I don't know. Although not quite the same, I really recommend Amon Tobin and Bonobo. What they make is lightyears ahead of what I can produce. You should definitely check them out.

The plugings I use are not all standard Live plugins. The beatrepeat is, but I also use some EQ's, compressors and fx (sb Glitch VST) which are not part of Ableton.

Bioshock, I was trying to place where I had heard that speech before! That's an epic game.

I like this set, a little repetitive for casual listening but it would be good played in a club scene. This is your own composition and production right? The transitions are good and the beats are very nice.

I wish I had the money to buy Ableton Live. Everything I've seen of it has been excellent. Keep up the good work :)

It's a little repetitive indeed, but it's kind of testiment to this kind of music I suppose. :)

The BCR controls pretty nicely. It feels kind of cheapish, but it's still very comfortable in use! Setting it up can be a b*tch with some apps (like Cubase SX for instance), but with Ableton it works like a dream imo.

Same goes for the Novation, some of the knobs and the faders feel a bit cheapish, but I like it a lot and in combination with the BCR it suits me perfectly! :)

It sucks man, but they're the best midi controllers.

no other controller is as affordable, and well built as novation midi controllers.

my x-station's keys are amazing.

Well, if the keys are that important for you, you might want to go for something else. The keys are decent, but not great imo.Perhaps the Remote SL61 keys might be better?

You could also get a Remote SL without the keyboard section (Remote Zero SL). And have an additional midi-keyboard to your liking.

In the end it all comes down to personal preference. Perhaps you could go to the store and check it out, see if you like the feel of it. But in terms of features it's definitely on top imo.;)
