I`m looking for ANY help right now. Please, tell me what to do. I gained 42 kilos throught my 2 pregnancies and I can`t loose it . Before my weight was 57 kilos and now 86 kilos and I look awful. I`m desperate. Also my hybby makes me remarks to get fit again but I truly don`t know how I was dietig jogging, and many others and I have had so little results. I`m from Poland so I don`t know how to buy your materials but all infos that I have found on FYM give me hope. Warm greetings Iwona
Hey Holly! I'm just wondering about what strategies and/or tips you have for toning up the abs. I am fairly slim; 5'6, 115 pounds. My diet consists of mostly fruits and veggies, lots of water, a bit of junk food here and there. I've been doing yoga for about two years, and crunches/bicycles for about three weeks, consistently, but I haven't been seeing results, or feeling the burn in the mornings. Am I doing something wrong? (I know your chan. is aimed at moms, but I enjoy your vids anyways!)

I was actually wondering if u could post a couple of old body pics to show everybody what hard work brings...cause everybody knows u look awsome.
My question is about food how many calories should i really be eatting. Or do calories really even matter. Please help I really want this to be my year. I want to lose the weight I am 284 and my goal weight is 180
