    firstly thanks for watching.

    In regards to your query, all we can say is that it doesn't curdle, when myles made this the production staff all tried it and it is a great drink, it may be due to the consistency of condensed milk being unlike standard milk and similar to cream that prevents the curdling from happeing much like if you add juice to cream when making a sauce.

  • Haven't seen condensed milk used in other batida recipes, but can't wait to try it. Just wondering if it curdle from lemon.
