Having listened to the police interviews of Casey, I'd say that she is NOT cooperating. The "absolutely petrified" BS and the whole nanny Zanny thing is all a bunch of lies. Of course Baez is saying that she's cooperating. By defense standards, cooperating means telling Baez that she killed Caylee and dumped her in the woods. Well the bottom line is that an innocent person does not lie to the police. She's told so many lies that her own mother can't even keep up with them. A concerned loving parent is in tears 5 minutes after their child is missing and calls police immeditately. The neglect theory is far-fetched but possible. Like you said though mom could've gotten mad and killed caylee. It's already clear that casey had issues with grandma because casey wanted to "get away with caylee to bond with her". Casey was resenting the fact that her daughter was becoming closer to grandma than her.  Mom realized that grandma was more concerned about caylee's well-being than hers.

By neglect I mean this-mom could've left caylee in the car while she was partying with some new friends she recently met, who were most likely on drugs according to myspace records. She comes back to the car to find caylee dead-either being in the back seat of the car OR TRUNKl Mom panics and tries to bury the body at grandmas, but it doesn't work! She then puts the body back in the trunk. it's a theory besides murder!
