  • Very good video! by the way my aunt followed this popular diet routine known as: Impact 790 Diet and decreased 6 kgs within a month. I cannot really remember the website just Google it.

  • Just thought I'd come back and post my progress. To everyone just starting this routine, please dont hesitate because it actually works. I have struggelled to find a workout routine that actually works! But with this I lost 5kg in 3 weeks. Which is exactly what I wanted, slow, steady and the healthy way. Also Thank you Sarah for posting so many awesome video's, Your an amazing trainer and motivator.

  • burpies, lol i thought it would be the easiest but i found that the hardest. I must say this is the BEST circuit workout iv eva done! i felt every part of my body working, within the first 5 minutes my legs were burning. i was exhausted at the end but felt great... lol just had trouble getting down the stairs, since my legs felt like jelly O.O

  • @TheCanadianEuro depends if you male or female, if your female you are overweight by far because i'm 16, 5'5 and i weigh 120 lbs, and i'm a normal weight. I think even a you're a male you would be overweight.

  • @ssaahhrraa9 sorry i just re-read your original question,(ignore previous comment) use a BMI calculator to find out they're all over the internet but they're not all that accurate becasue they don't determine muscle mass or figure, but they should guide you. 

  • @TheCanadianEuro I'm 5'4" and 160, and I'm overweight but not huge, you should weigh 125-149 according to everything I've read.

  • Thanks so much ! On a new diet but allow myself some junk food at the weekends, do 10 minutes of this twice a day and go running/walking for at least 50 minutes a day, 16 pounds in two weeks. :)

  • @tresemmegirl well i think first u have to do a lot of cardio bike , tread mil etc............ bcz u are overweight u cant do all that work out so first u have to do a lot of cardio at least 45 minute to 90 minute evry single day
