there was a case in one of the arab countries that are heavily influence by the muslim laws...anyway a woman was raped several times and severly bashed by a man how ever regardless of the amount evidence she had she still needed a male witness to confirm this. howver she was unable to obtain a male itness so she lost the case but not only that she was charged for bieng offensive somehow to the male who had raped her....i dont c how women have more right s than men as u stated above

there was a case in one of the arab countries that are heavily influence by the muslim laws...anyway a woman was raped several times and severly bashed by a man how ever regardless of the amount evidence she had she still needed a male witness to confirm this. howver she was unable to obtain a male itness so she lost the case but not only that she was charged for bieng offensive somehow to the male who had raped her....i dont c how women have more right s than men as u stated above

for the only reason that nobody can accuse a woman of doing prostitution without a prove so in that case he needs to bring witnesses of wat he's saying. to resume( to protect women dignity from rumors and bad reputation, islam cares about wat pple say about others sepcially in women's case it's so sensitive) coz women virginity is so important in islamic world so u cant say wrong speech that could give a bad idea about a woman without being sure and have witnesses about it.
