Tell them today how much you love them while they are still with you. I love this song. I am 63 years old and my "PAPA" died when i was 18 year of age. Not a day has gone by in the past 44 years that I have not thought of him. He was my best friend, my fishing patner and so, so, much more. I have commented on this song before. but my heart keeps coming back.

My "PAPA' passed away in 1964 at the age of 89. He was my best friend, my fishing partner, he helped me with my school work, never missed one of my "little league" baseball games and always supported me in any endeavor that I attempted. The last thing my "PAPA" said to me was "no matter what happens in life, just do your best and no one can fault you for "not trying", if you should fail in life "from time to time".
I miss "my best friend" even after "all these years". This song is for PAPA.
