Extremely lame... my favorite part is how she uses MS Paint to paste her screen capture and crop THEN goes into PhotoShop to do the rest. LOL Why not just use PhotoShop from jump street?!

i dont know what gimp is but it sounds like it will probably work, you need photoshop to get rid of the green screen bg and to make the bg clear (see through) and to add any effects or letters that you want
