The extensive use of low-gain distortion on this particular album complements the bass riffs like nothing else. There are very few bands that meet the description of "ambient black metal", but Drudkh is one of the best, if not the best in the niche genre.
A lot of hate goes towards this album, but I really love it. Drudkh has never went wrong.
