  • I totally thought your daughter was gonna drop the pan right before you put it in the oven. lol

  • I recently switched from vegetarian to vegan because of the "secret halal" scandal, and it helps so much that I can have chocolate sponge cake on high days and birthdays. Thankyou so much for taking the trouble to make and upload this video :)

  • fructose is a type of sugar; you contradicted yourself there. did you mean that you dont use any processed cane sugar?

  • very good,i have soem good too,,check my video !!!

  • Hi, Anette,

if i'd like to substitute the fructose with agave nectar, what difference it should be in gm? I mean how much agave nectar I should use? Thanks, your daughter is a very sweet child:)

  • 5 Stars. Wow, you are an inspiration to me. You're a wonderful Vegan mother who is proving that it's the best choice to raise children Vegan! I pray and hope to do that with my babies one day.

  • Thanks for your nice comments, Anette

  • ouu it lokk good

  • that looks like an awsome recipe... Thank you... I will bake this for my Girlfriend <333

  • Tusen takk for oppskrift! Jeg må bake det snart :)

  • It looks delicious! Would it be a good idea to put some kind of Frosting/Icing on it?

  • Sure you can...look at my Norweigan Chocolate cake for the recipe for the frosting. If you dont want chocolate just leave it out and flavour it with something else. :)

  • I recently have had to deal with some breakouts on my skin so I am trying to not eat dairy for awhile (or forever if it goes well!) so thanks for you recipes!! Have you noticed or heard anything about dairy/eggs or anything and how they effect the skin? Thanks!!

  • Hi,

Dairy is documented that it can cause pimples and acne - try and stay off it. Sugar also effects the skin so it would be a good idea to stay off that foe a while too. Stay off refined food, junk food and deep freid food as well try and eat as much raw and cooked vegetables as possible. Also use organic/eco freindly products on your face ...clensers make-up ect. Dont forget that your skin is an organ so it shows up what you eat!

  • Your daughter did very well :-)

  • This video has been stuck at 209 views for 2 weeks!

  • Great video! Your daughter is amazingly cute, and of course, your cooking skills and nutritional knowledge are admirable. You two definitely show, that vegans, who care about their nutrition, are neither looking unhealthy nor pale, or like any other stereotype.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge!

  • Thank you for your nice comments! Anette
