For me, one of the many touching things about Hindu is how indigenous animals are represented with respect and reverence. The elephant, monkey, peacock, and even a mouse offers Ganesha transportation! Almost every detail of a devi/deva's appearance has a story. Each goddess/god has a life story (or a life of stories). I'm more spiritual than religious, taking anything too strictly and seriously will narrow one's world view and knowledge, thereby taking one farther from enlightenment. Peace.

@TAsmitha - If Krishna was a human is half knowledge then what is full knowledge? Apart from his insatiable lust - everything with him suggested he was a plain simple human being and NOT god. When you obey your Lord, he shall reward you accordingly and Jannah is part of that reward. Only suffice to know that Jannah would be lot better than hellfire.
