Sunstorm is only in the comics. He is a clone of Starscream so you can say they are brothers. But i think they have made a Sunstorm in Trabsformers Animated. (^^/)

Actually, the character of Sunstorm is based off of an unnamed Decepticon Seeker briefly glimpsed in the first episode of the Gen1 TF show. Then many years later a Starscream repaint was offered up at one of the Botcon gigs as Sunstorm and then into the comics if I'm not mistaken.

It would have been cool had they included him from the very get go.

Yup! He's used more in the comic series, though (in the cartoon, he gets 5 seconds of air-time in the first episode, and that's it!).

Really, I had to outline each part of his body and recolor it so it looks more like Sunstorm's. It's really difficult while he's moving, those have to be done frame by frame. (Which is why he's not moving around much in this.)

I use Sony Vegas; the video isn't of good enough quality to use a color picker (it looks really spotty), so I had to outline each of the body parts and change the color.
