I'm sure they make different buckets for Australia than for America of other countries. I guess you gonna say that operators in Australia are better too! What a crock!
Absolutely supreme video work on this, with brilliant close-ups! Thank you so much.
I am into these enormous machines but know very little. I do know that Big Muskie was the largest and, unfortunately is no more. Can any of the experts on this page or at 'bennettshovel' tell me the size of the Bucket Big Muskie used please?
Please post me as I do not always catch the comments. I thank you all, reading the 'knowledge' you all have is an insight!
Looking at how the bucket fills it just shows how far ahead in bucket design australia is. In that material we have buckets that will fill in two, yes two bucket lengths. Check out CQMS Eartheaters. Also if he spent half a dozen passes pulling up a roll half way in he would save fill time.
Keep up the excellent work with your terrific videos. As always, smooth pans and zooms, and great perspectives. This video was great, action and sounds. Fun to see this drag at work chopping the highwall with that 85 yard bucket.

Great Video! I love the perspective and the closeups!! The operator's manipulation of the huge bucket is facilitating.
Is there any way he could keep more of the initial load in the bucket and not lose it as he begins to raise it from ground level?
Keep up the good work!!!
