why does this Impala have Police style hub caps, JUST a FM Radio and the gear shift on the steering whell we have a 2001 Impala and its got the Gear shift on the center console and normal looking hub caps and a CD Player

Same here, mine runs perfect and never, ever, ever breaks down. My only complaint is the shitty mpg.

Here too. Our 2003 needs an O2 sensor and a tune up but that's it thus far. Besides normal wear stuff. we've had it since '06

These cars are bulletproof. I've put 80K miles on it and I have never had anything go wrong with it. There is a reason they use them for police and cab service. My friend is a cop and he smashed his Impala cruiser into a dump truck during a chase and walked out without a scratch.
