nikebasketball, yo that's beast. That is directly from a 5 6 PG who do windmill dunks. I used the vertical leap training program over at "50inchvertical (dot) com" and increased more than 12 ins on my dunk.

@23jamesdixon its a compression sleeve, for the arm not necessarily for shooting... that's the point. But you probably where headbands to the club...so whats the point.

@harrythelime Why do you need one arm compressed whilst doing normal gym activities (which focus on both arms equally), is my point.

I don't "where" anything, and I definitely don't WEAR headbands to the club (just my leg sleeves and elbow pads).
