  • When you do this.. you are doing A LOT of cardio I see, but is this all you do? or do you do arm work too? I can see its a lot of ab and legs!

  • @Emmybug26 You workout your entire body with the program, @Emmybug26. Punches, kicks, abs, legs, arms, shoulders.....the works. :-)

  • @BBCoachElena You've got P90X AND INSANITY going, too! It'd be pretty ambitious to have continued to squeeze Turbo Fire in there, too. I agree, though, the music definitely keeps ya' movin'!

  • Is Turbo Fire hard to catch on to? My problem is trying to catch all the moves and I am standing more than moving trying to catch on. Also do you think you burn more calories doing this compared to Insanity and P90x?

  • @shawnta2002191 It can be a bit difficult to catch on to some of the combos, but practice is working out and killing those calories, too! :-D And if you've ever done Turbo Jam or any other cardio kickboxing, you'll catch on. Turbo Fire is a killer calorie burner. How many calories you burn, though, really depends on your body, your fitness level, etc etc.
