You need to get Broken Steel in order to get past level 20. The level cap will raise to 30, which will make it possible to get the really good perks.

Yes. You can repair it yourself by combining 2 tesla cannons or go to the repair shop and get someone else to do it.

In the Citadel's laboratory, next to Liberty Prime's head you should find 2 Tesla Cannons in perfect condition. If you blew the Citadel up, you can find them in the Citadel's armory. You can also go back to Adams Air Base and find an additional 8 cannons, of which 4 are in perfect condition.

Yes, it's very good. Not sure if it's better than Point Lookout, since Point Lookout offers more gameplay and more exploration. But Broken Steel definitely tops The Pitt and Operation: Anchorage.

Still, if you want an optimized personal armory, get all of them. I personally use the Chinese Stealth Armor, which if you duck makes you invisible and thus gives you 100% crit. As a weapon I use the Man Opener, which you get in The Pitt. It's an awesome combo.

Let me see... from that choice in arms and tactics I bet you have the ninja perk to make your blows (sneak or melee wise) more lethal. I want that autoaxe so badly! T-T

Didn't have the ninja perk, actually. I'd been focusing on small guns and electric weapons just until I finished Operation: Anchorage. By that time, I'd already reached level 30. Don't feel like playing the game over, since I've finished almost every side quest and explored almost every corner of the map. It's an epic game, dude.

i got this tesla cannon, and if u have broken steel for pc, you can get the TEST AND PROTOTYPE, Tesla Cannon...to get it, when liberty prime dies, open the console and type "tcl". Then search around for a missle launcher anywhere. When you take it, it will say "Tesla Cannon." Take it and fire it. The sound is different and the ammo runs on missles lol. Its a little weaker too, but hey, its prototype Tesla Cannon! lol :P

this uses very little ammo(like the gauss rifle) but it fires slow

and the gatling laser can rain down some major hurtin on the enemy, but it sucks up ammo like nothing else

Well it depends, Tesla Cannon is Energy weapons and both Gataling Lasers are Big guns. they both use the same ammo, though.

I'd Say Tesla Cannon, only because most enemies aren't strong enough to justify wasting your Vengence ammo. (The P. Gataling laser is better than Vengence, it has 8 times the criticle rate.)
