McDanie's was given freedom to run things. The Broncos owner stepped back. It's worked. Joe can dance all he wants to but Cerrato/Snyder have made terrible drafts every year and most of their free agent moves have stunk, too. NY Giants, Pittsburgh, Pats, Ravens and others find starters in the 4th, 5th round. They trade for players who fit their system. Danny Boy changes systems like Lady Gaga changes clothes so who know?. They stink on ice year in year out and we have the record to prove it.

His defenses of Snyder and Zorn's hiring by evoking Josh McDaniels was weak and sad.McDaniels was a coordinator for years.
