Sounds like you may have Supraventricular Tachycardia. I had it when I was young, my heart would beat close to 200 times per minute. There are other types of tachycardia as well. You should definetly get that check out.
Provided there is no other reason, your heart is in trouble. As I have said in reaction to another of your videos, I am a heart failure patient and real HF is no fun. If you have not been exercising you look short of breath. Can I politely make another observation - you have "gynecomastia" that can be associated with heart and liver disease. If you haven't staged this, please see a doctor, your heart and body need to be checked out.
Sounds like fibrilation for about 20 seconds, then throwing out PVC's. Any chest pain? looks like you were breathing at 22rpm or so.
