But srsly, the game made me cry. So many people died, that the semi happy ending didn't make up for it.

@dougarr Yeah, Age is a master of messing with your emotions. This game was purely fanservice, and doesn't really fit after the depressing and shocking tone of Alternative. But after all, the whole lesson in Alternative is "Things happen, get over of the past and go on forward", so you may rage for some time, but you'll get over it.

with him , it showed only at the fisrt time he made time journey .

and why Mikoto ( not sure if correct name ) is again female ?

write them . tons of stuff authors did not explain.

@dougarr I can explain most of those.

The first one, it's because Yashiro (The girl with the powers) was reading Sumika (The girl in the brain tube), and since Yashiro grew up as a experiemental subject, she had no childhood memory. She read Sumika's memories, and took them as her own memories. Note: The Sumika in the Alternative world and the Extra world shares memories due to the causality theory. The girl with the powers read Takeru's mind to get it, it is is mentioned.

Mikoto is female, most likely due to the butterfly effect. It's like how Meiya is now part of the imperial family, small changes in history changed it.

Many small matching thing can be explained, as it's a alternative universe where things went differently.

Have you ever watched The Battle of Los Angeles cause its kinda like Muv Luv!, Only the aliens are mostly machines, but the story line is almost the same, like hell even the way the movie ended is kinda like what Unlimited pulled off by using it as a stepping stone for Alternative, and let's not forget the turning your own kind agains't you plot cause the hero there got turned into an alien as well, OH and The whole removing your Brains Thing was there as well.
