I liked Twilight Princess. A lot of cool stuff was removed (I really wanted a real forest this time) but it was still a great story and stuff. Any Zelda game developed by Nintendo = Awesome. Period.
It is a fantastic game that stands out above a lot of others, but I'm just a bit disappointed. It's somewhat bad for a Zelda game. Though that still makes it better than most other Action-Adventures, lol.
I just thought it lost some of its awesomeness after you got the Master Sword... Being a wolf is lame outside of the Twilight Realm. And the latter wasn't used enough. You make it disappear and then it's gone forever? Lame, I'd haver liked a complete parallel dimension.
Yeah I expected a little more. But it did add some good things. Like slashing your sword while walking, it saves a little time. But it was a little disappointing. Like I said I wanted that huge forest, I wanted to fight those Bulbins in the forest as well as fighting a huge army of them. They took out a lot of interesting stuff.
There was no ocarina or instrument (except for that thing to call Epona almost at the end of the game which turns useless, the easyness of bosses, the Navi navigator always moving around on your screen, your rupee wallet getting full all the time and some other real dissappointing stuff...it sure its an awesome game, but when compared to another Zelda, it simply doesn't make it that good. Oot and MM are still my favs of the series.
Love how everyone is debating twilight princess here...

I am now pleased by the TP setting. Twilight princess was horribly bad for a Zelda game. :(
