Canesten cream is by far the best treatment and is not expensive, it is for yeast infections and thats what Cheilitis is.
do this morning and night.
1. brush your teeth/ use antibacterial mouthwash
2. Wash the outside of your mouth with dishsoap. allow to dry completely (must be dish soap as this dries out the area)
3. Apply Canesten to affected areas with clean fingers
4. coat lips with vaseline
should clear up in 24-48 hours, never pay for this advice from bottom feeder websites
