Difficile d'entendre les tubes trop pompeux de Marc Antoine Charpentier. Avec ses foutues trompettes à la gloire du roi.

C'est ignorer cette douceur voluptueuse dont il est capable et que Jordi Savall a si bien su rendre. Servie par les violes de gambes que nous avions trop vite oubliées. Et qui datent de l'époque où la musique croyait encore en Dieu.

@franzoic In parte è vero. Per fortuna l'intensità interpretativa e la limpida soavità della creazione musicale, riescono a concentrare l'attenzione di chi ascolta. Purtroppo con gli strumenti originali, o con le riproduzioni di essi, può essere difficile ottenere una giusta sonorità e una dinamica talmente ampia, per ottenere risultato interpretativo e filologico adeguato. Gli archi hanno una voce levigata e suadente, non sdolcinata !!
