  • Hello Christopher: Thank you so much for explaining the tonic and muscle connections with

my lifelong lordosis and ruptured lumbar disc. I am 62 now, but was always very physicaly active until recently-due to constant increasing pain :( At 29 when my disc ruptured with the

delivery of 2nd baby, the physiotherapist did not explain this muscular connection [as you have] I think I was born with hip dysplasia, as were my 2 girls. Wow, I am so pleased to learn about this musculo-skeletal connection!

  • I cannot guarantee these exercises will correct your lordosis completely but they will go some way to addressing the muscles that are under and over active.

  • Hey, I have a question. I have severe lordosis, I cannot stand up straight without my lower back curving. It is so much to the extent that I cannot wear the clothes I like. Will these exercises remove this condition completely? I am trying to do whatever possible to get rid of it without surgery. Thanks a lot!

  • Great video and illustration of this condition, now I understand what muscles I need to stenghten - thank you!
