I like Penny because he is the flow master but I dislike watching his video parts because 80% of what you see are nollie cabs, FS flips, Switch FS flips, nollie bs flip, all the kickflip variations, and every once and a while a BS flip.

It's nice to watch because of his style, but, for me it's annoying to know most of someones video part before you ever watch the video.

I still think him and Drake Jones had the best style in skateboarding history!

Thanks so much for making/posting this montage. I had the Transworld "Uno" video and 411 Flip Industry/Europe '95 back in the day and I was super into Penny's footage in those (SD chain-to-bank, switch front flip Carlsbad & Radlands contest), but I've never seen 80% of this stuff. Penny has the smoothest style ever, just amazing. It's too bad he never put out a definitive video part back in '96, because that'd be legendary...at least there's all this!

Not the best anymore , but he's my best, always was, always will be......

Skaters of a certain age/time frame, will always have penny as the greatest.......but I understand how some kids just wouldnt get it, I used to get mad like an old grandad trying to explain shit to kids today lol....so Ive just given up, they won't understand... like I didn't understand when dudes were telling me about Ocean howell......kids have got their own 'pennys' now.

this clip is amazing. I don't know where it all came from but I've been mesmerized by any footage from penny since as long as I can remember and there are a whole bunch of clips here I haven't seen before. 2:57 that kickflip gap to wall ride, watch the way he rides out, arms so loose, no one can ever can come close to that style. new generation apart from a few like sbn, malto, rieder, all just skate the same boring style and tricks. robot style took over skating. long live these penny clips

ummm, thats what I said, Rieder and silas don't have robot styles, they have some of the loosest and creative styles going. read it again "APART from a few like sbn, malto, rieder, ". I'm referring to skaters like rogers, sheckler. and yeah it sure looks like a kickflip wallride to me he lands on the back of the wall and then rolls on to the flat bank but looking again it is pretty close.

kf bs tail at 5:27 will never be seen again. Footage gets extremely bad there but I've seen it in slowmo many a time. Personally I rate it above gino's front nose.

@destrucreate yeah fair enough. i've watched trilogy a bunch of times but havent seen many mags from that era. creagers part was also ridiculous even by todays standards. ginos switch flips are amazing too. their styles are really different Toms and Ginos, but both unquestionably are all time
