There's something about the sound of Gretsch drums that separates them from the other brands, this kind of super warm resonance that's so smooth on the ears. Love 'em!

i like the controlled chaos of this drumming. It seems at parts at the brink of being nonsensical, with just enough (incredible) rhythm to keep it together. I might be speaking of which i dont know here (im a pretty novice drummer) but this reminds me of Art Blakey.
