  • Micheal nails every note in the solo!

  • Hell, this was their prime, and DD couldn't even attempt the high notes on the album live. WEAK.

  • Love this song, but this mix sounds terrible. Sounds like it was ripped right off of

    the board.

  • micheal kelly smith micheal kelly smith was in cineralla the sing in britny fox was dean davidson

  • nirvana IS SHIT MOTHERFUCKER

THIS IS MUSIC ROCK AND ROLL HARD ROCK GLAM ROCK yeahhh

BRITNY FOX que buena banda su primer debut de 1988 QUE DISCO muy bueno recomendable SU SEGUNDO DISCO 1989 TAMBIEN ES BUENO EL TERCERO 1991 ES CON UNA NUEVA FORMACION PERO TAMBIEN ES BUEN DISCO SUENA MUY EXPECTACULAR CON EL NUEVO VOCALISTA yeahh GREETINGS SINCE PERÚ

  • Obvious paul stanley influences :)

  • the bass player billy childs and drummer johnny dee where in a band called lecompt who are from philadelphia mike lecompt was in tangiar whom i personallly know and the singer in britney fox was not in cinderalla he was in black eyed susan

  • @johnc4870 Michael Kelly Smith was in Cinderella

  • The guitar player and original drummer were in Cinderella

  • a classic, a great post! Thanks!

  • its spelled wrong on the this video and this band was average at best you f***kin poser

  • @TheHollyWoodVampires If you dont like BRITNY FOX or cant spell it then maybe you should go back to your britney spears and Justin bieber cds?????

  • they were, indeed, very big in Japan...

  • awesum. used 2 hav this on vhs

  • Damn! They sounded great live. Bad ass song, love the vocals.

  • this band was so underrrated, they should still be as strong as Bon Jovi is!

  • they were a good band...but I believe they were discovered by CINDERELLA? I think they sound just like them too! But I still enjoy listening to them!!!!

  • @mookierodz the lead singer was in cinderalla as a guitarist

    tom was vocals

  • @TheHollyWoodVampires Wrong..................

  • @Mrdesertnut no its true he quite or was fired before cinderalla put there first record out

    google its lil poser

  • Tommy Paris was clearly the much better vocalist, compare live versions of this song from Tommy in 2001 (years after the heyday) to this subpar version. Hence why Dizzy was axed...

  • AWESOME VOCALS!!!

    and band too lol

  • I love Dean Davidson vocal, for me he's much better than Tommy Paris.

Great band! Great vocal! And Great live! 5/5!

  • Somebody told me this sucked. Now that I watched I realize they were a dumb fucking idiot! LONG WAY!

  • I agree, they should have had a longer career. another band was Wild Side". Both bands just came in at the end of the greatest era of rock. I dont know if it was corporate that just decided to pull the plug on 80' rock or what. I cant believe one band ruined the 80' s rock scene. Grunge sucks. poor me, bla bla bla. the world owes me something and i shouldn't have to work for it. was pretty much their attitude. 80' s rock was about partying , having fun, celebrating life. working hard !!

  • @01po01po Party On Dude

  • i agree!

  • Britny Fox roooocks!!!!they should have become much more famous...:D

  • They were just a Cinderella knock-off!

  • @captaincowboy22 that's what they said to your mother after they were done.

  • so true

  • How?

  • this band should have went so much farther.

  • Nice guitar solo! This band has a great sound!

  • i wait on dean like three times a week at the diner where i work in New Hope, PA. He's a gentleman and and a scholar...and a good tipper.

  • im in heaven i love this band and song!!! ohhhhhhhhhh glam rules baby!

  • kissme☆

  • A classic song!!! God Bless BF!!!

  • Johnny Dee a great Rock drummer!!nice song btw!

  • Dizzy donged a whole bunch of Jap chicks, sucking his shaft,

  • this is real judas priest.how we know from where judas stole.

  • ???? What ????

  • Davidson should pay Keifer royalties....and Keifer should pay respects to The Dead End Kids.

    Nothing new under the sun.

  • I dont think so dude!!

  • everyones a fucking critic... Dean would own you, and fuck your ass... make you humble

dont hate cause you still rock the 80s rodie haircut

  • I am humble.....and I grew up in Philly and South Jersey.....we all played the same places.....some bands had great tunes....other bands stole those riffs....

..and Dean scored a big "zero" on that MTV Quiz show.

  • I doubt dean cares... he fucked the girl from the "quiz show" im sure you mean "Remote Control"

what band were u in ??? just wondering.... Ill ask dean, hes my uncle. Im sure you guys were amazing... and please dont say heavens edge... they suck

  • at 3:47 man Johnny Dee drums like cool.

    Smoking!!!!

  • Dizzy Dean Davidson, Michael Kelly Smith, Billy Childs and the amazing Johnny Dee. These guys rock man! no comparison to Cinderella at alll man!! Cinderella was slow. Johnny Dee in this video is supreme man!!!!!

  • Cinderella kick these fools asses. Who'd take this shit seriously? Tom Keifer was the best music writer from the genre. Hand's down. Britny Fox are just hilarious rejects.

  • I don't think so dude, nice try.

  • Says the guy who likes Journey....

  • ever hear of heavens edge?? they were from the philly area also,,and knew and played with cinderella and britny fox.....the guitarist is one of the best to ever play,,,reggie wu....heavens edge smoked both bands....

  • @csykes23

Dont be a fool. I dont know about any after it, but that debut album is damn good. Excellent musicians and the album had some great tunes.

Now go back to your Nirvana album.

  • I am not the fool here. I listen to neither Nirvana nor Heaven's Edge. But Heaven's Edge just makes me laugh, seriously can't believe you like them....

  • No reason not to like them. First album was good with excellent musicians. You must be a U2 fan.

  • They are nothing special, less than mediocre. First album had nothing I couldn't come up with, and no more musical talent than many other bands at the time. Nothing special at all.

Thanks for the 'insult', at least you know U2 are way overated too.

  • @TheHollyWoodVampires Yeah we really value the opinion of a retard that can't even spell BRITNY. Better run, your Mum's calling.

  • @nyrangers72

Heaven's Edge was great. Killer guitarist and drummer. Great vocals just the way they should be done.

  • I could care less. That is one rockin ass song!

  • although they do sound similar to cinderella, they both have key differences, seeing as cinderella was rooted more in blues, and these guys more in classic rock.

  • yea and classic rock is rooted in blues, rock of all kinds, so its all a copy of something else, its very difficult to be truely original, but these sound like cinderella in every way man its blatant. but most of all i stick by it, the vocals, its not jsut the way he sings its the style he uses. tbh i like these a lot its just a view i thought i would share :)

  • yeah alittle like tom keifer sound alike but the music is all different man. Britny Fox is way different then Cinderella. These dudes are not affraid to do covers and stuff. This song rocks out. and by the way the drummer is way better than any thing that cinderella ever had. (fred Coury) yeah right! Britny Fox rocks out man!!!

  • whatever, the 2nd brit fox album rocks, whether it flopped or not

  • Surprisingly tight live. That's a tough vocal to pull off.

  • he can't help his voice sounds like cinderella's i think he sounds good

  • never said it sounds bad man its just, you can tel they reaaaaaaaaally like cinderella. spose thats a good thing really:)

  • my god that singer is such a cinderella rip off, sings excactly like him and does the moves on stage... why i mean, i love cinderella but hes not got the best voice to mimic:P

  • Tom Keifer helped these guys get recognized by a record company. They always say imitation is the best flattery.

  • both of these bands came onto the scene together in PA. they were good friends, and if your gonna say they ripped eachother off, then at least say they both ripped of AC/DC's vocals.

  • ciderella clones, the blonde haired guitar with the shity hair extensions was kicked out of cenderella.

  • I love this song. I wsh the original Britny Fox came back for 1 more U.S. tour!!!!!

    \m/ BRITNY FOX \m/

  • britny fox are not metal you goon

  • Not a hard riff or solo to play. Good song. These guys were cool.

  • hes lauging all the way to the bank, and your stalking him, hating on youtube, get a life, put the vasaline down get your finger thats buried in your ass out and attempt to get a thing called pussy, i highly reccomend it...sounds like your in a huge drought

  • It's spelled "you're" not "your".

  • spelt :P

  • ACTUALLY....britnys 2nd album, boys in heat, was just as big, but no where near as big as the first one, bite down hard was not only unoriginal, but horribly done.... and dean owns all the royaltys to the first two albums, so the songs biilie sings, dean owns...all the greatest hits, dean gets paid..and if youy followed you would know the reason dean left, managers and bandmates greed

oh and get it write, blackeyed susan he got 800,000 grand :)

an amount you will never see

  • your really lame, as someone who doesnt like dean you sure follow him to the t, did you know about the record label he runs in NYC as well, aww sounds like billy is mad, prob because he is pushing 50 and still dancing like a asshole singing sounds he didnt write, or own, and dean still gets the royalty checks

have fun posting more comments, your really lame, im not his neice either you fucking english douche bag, enjoy living in the 80s with your junkie washup hair bands... move on man

  • Michael Kelly Smith ROCKS!!!

  • they still play?

  • yes they do dumbass

  • Effn' LOVE this band! Johnny Dee ROCKS those Pearl drums. 7th grade, 89.... God I miss those days.

  • they are not the same without dean singing, he is my uncle, he wrote all the song, micheal kelly smith would still be playing shitty bars in northeast philly if dean never made him big

the band will never be the same

  • vw24vr6 - There is only one Britny Fox, and that band is the one in this video. Like with alot of the bands of this era, it was lightning trapped in a bottle.

  • The Japanese captions say "Rong Ray To Rove!"

  • I get it. Funny.

  • Saw them at Rocklahoma...no Michael Kelly. Why is everbody so afraid to grow long hair anymore? They looked like Duran Duran with their shiny shirts!

  • that micheal is my guitar teacher

  • mickeal kelly smith is your guitar instructor?

  • hey, same here!

  • That's awesome! I've never seen this before. Thanks for posting this. Kick ass.

  • cock rock at its best luv it

  • Michael Kelly and Tony Destra were the guys dropped from Cinderella. Tony Destra died in a car accident...Johnny Dee replaced him on drums.

  • Ah..........................ok.

  • Too bad he's singing the chorus at a lower octave then the record.

  • 1:17 is definitely a Derek Smalls moment. RAISE YOUR METAL FIST IN THE AIR! COME ON! lol

  • "1:17 is definitely a Derek Smalls moment. RAISE YOUR METAL FIST IN THE AIR! COME ON! lol "

LOL indeed. You could not have described it better.

  • I'd take Dee over Courey anyday of the week. Those idiots.

  • I remember watching this on tv...live in Tokyo Dome.... Good old day. They rock!

  • F*ck Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • doesnt make sense that this guitar player and drummer had to be dropped. while Jeff LeBar and Fred Curry are definately good players, I dont see them being leaps and bounds ahead of these guys! and these guys definately had the look that record labels were looking for at the time.

  • They were deemed "too old" by the record company.

  • fuck em,too old wtf!!

  • Blackeyed Susan's "None of It Matters" is a better song...Keifer would never comment on the band members who were let go before the fortune and glory...maybe not his call.

  • Lmao at the Tom Kiefer comment ...I always thought the same shit.

  • Awesome, thanks for the upload, do you have more vids from this concert?

  • this song is a rip off of the Nazareth remake of Joni Mitchells "This Flight Tonight"

These guys should pay royalties to Tom Kiefer

  • I'm almost positive that the lead Guitar player in Britny Fox was in Cinderella back in the day, on the Philly club circuit, before Cinderella broke out big.

  • You are correct. As was the drummer, I understand. Both were dropped by demand from the signing label company. They had to leave the band in order for Cinderella to sign on. I guess it's not about loyalty when you've been eating fries outta McDonalds dumpsters.

  • Awsome live performance. Bobby Dee is playing the shit out of that drum set!!

  • Actually, his name is Johnny Dee - lol!

    I agree with you though...

  • Great hair band! ..love the screeching vocals.

  • that's cool!
