Hey Kappachulo! I am in my 4th month of my 6th month "dieting" (for a lack of a better word). If my insurance approves me, I am expecting to get the sleeve done in Late Nov or early Dec. I have been watching your videos... I just wanted to say thank you so much for being so honest. You are very beautiful and you are doing a wonderful job! Whenever I stop freaking out and stop trying to diet....I do awesome with my eating.

The times I worry about my weight I start eating more. Try to find peace with where you are. I think until you are accepting of yourself and peaceful your actions will be motivated by the stress of wanting to lose more. I battle with this too - easier said than done. But I can you I feel so much better when I stop worrying about losing. Accepting myself and maintaining!
