  • i have the same fender 150 amp

  • nice bass and sound it kinda sounds like a funky slap bass type of noise

  • start a band ill be singer

  • Is this bass heavy ? like can't hole it for too long?

  • @websterx9: It is pretty heavy. I can handle it standing for about 30 minutes before my back starts acting up.

  • I'm a guitarist and I can get this 6 string bass for 300 euros.. Is it a good first bass for a guitarist qualitywise? Is it a wellbuilt instrument?

Hope you can help me man. :)

  • Why do you use 6 string bass when you can use just 4 string ? ( playing this song )

  • @Smovie25: For one thing, if you listen to the bass track, Jason used a 5-string bass. But, I keep my 6-string bass tuned a half-step down at almost all times, which is why I used it.

  • @MasterBassist6993 Ok..:). I was decideing by Robert Trujillo..

  • Hey nice playing dude!! I have a question though.... im gonna get this bass and im a gospel bassist do you think that this is the right fit for that music style or do you think its pretty much all around. Thanks in advance.

  • good shit dead on, im gettin this bass soon shits in the mail. got custom pickups instead of the emgs, god though the tone sounds pretty fat

  • dude, you should teach me to play!

  • i love your 6 string!!!!

  • do you know if an explorer would be a good metal bass? cuz i have a BC Rich Beast right now nd i need to get a new bass

  • @warbeast191: I would say so, but thats all a matter of preference and opinion.

  • sweet bass, i wanna get a new bass. ive narrowed it down to 3 basses i think. ibanez sra505, ltd b-415sm or the ltd b-5e im leanin more towards the b-5e tho

  • @xXBASSISTXx1: I would say the B-5E. I'm thinking about buying the B-4E, though there is nothing wrong with my Epiphone, I just need an upgrade.

  • Nice playing, and awesome bass. I'm really thinking about getting that ESP. But could you answer two questions for me?

Are the frets jumbo or medium? and Is the 3 band eq sensitive? (as in small turns of the knob makes a noticeable change)

  • Frets are jumbo, if I remember correctly and the EQ is somewhat sensitive. Small amounts on one knob doesn't do that much, but small amounts on all three makes it noticable.

  • Thanks for the info. I'm probably gonna order this bass when my paycheck gets to me.

    Keep jamming bro.

  • hi do you no where i could get the tabs for this and great cover you rock or could you post a video on how to play this becouse all my tabs are wrong and i cant find a dvd or video on how to play this song :0 oh rated 5/5

  • Well, I don't go by tabs for this song at least. I learned it from the bass track. I can try to make one, but its gonna take a while, and it would be in Guitar Pro.

  • rob trujillo tone. Pretty close actually

  • dude would you recommend this bass?

  • Yes I would. Thing is fucking great through my new Ampeg, but its just great period with whatever you run it through.

  • cheers man

    how versitile is it?

  • The bass or the amp?

  • did you put EMGs??

  • Man, I wish. They're just the generic ESPs.

  • damn it sounds pretty fucking great!

  • Thank you. I think the main key to my sound is the strings (DR), and the fact that the treble on my amp is all the way up.

  • just orderd that bass about half an hour ago! Great cover man keep up the good work!

  • nice dude!
