made a bubbler out of a 7" diameter 2ft long pipe or tank at a friends house and had it in a gym locker in the garage. VERY explosive. Be careful building these because of the quick flame speed. Bubbler should have pop off valves or be too tough to blow up :) We did manage to melt a drywall screw into a piece of feldspar rock using a syringe needle for a torch tip with our HHO torch.

@1roughneck5150 is no to tuff to blow up, if hydrogen explodes, it goes back to water, if there's enough heat left, it turns the water back into hydrogen, if theres still enough heat left over, that hydrogen detonates.. etc. and thus you get a chain reaction, also called a hydrogen bomb an atomic bomb.. 22 litres of hydrogen chain reacts? say goodbye to 2 or 3 city blocks. DO NOT EVER STORE MORE THEN 10 litre's of hho.. eg, the space in the top of bubler should be as small as you can..

I use a rubber cap on top of generator. Had a backfire once. Rubber cap flew off. Pretty dangerous.

thats why people shouldnt use glass bubblers, get a real one and also add a hydrogen Flashback Arrestor and a extra fuse then your car will be fine.

Make your tubes much smaller from the bubbler

and cell for this amount of gas, if possible use tube with id 1mm or 2mm no greater,this will give a little back pressure, others have commented on a safe bubbler.

You need a much safer setup, like for example your bubbler, flashback arrestor and never play your hho generator with fire,,,, really bad, bad idea! :o)) Handle your hho gen with caution and respect it's not a toy. Regards, Jon (I'm pinoy) from Denmark

Bubbler doesn't completely stop flashbacks, put a blow-off cap on both of your bubbler and the generator, in case your bubbler fails, your generator wont be the next thing exploding.
