Here in Holland you get a halve a kilo of that French fries confetti for 1$ in a big plastic bag. We put them in a frying pan (10 euro) at 180 degrees celcius.. that's so much as 350 F. and it's very simple.. when they float they are done. The Belgian who "invented" fries.. like to make them at 200 F.. they like those fries to bow. Some like a fat snack, the Belgian like a snack of fat. Make them the Dutch way.. 350 F when they float they are done.
