This summer I've seen lot of fog raising from a lake surface at 4:30 morning when the Sun was raising. I was fishing then. The lake view was more worth than the fishing itself. ;) At early morning hours lake water is much warmer than the air - I'd say it's more comfortable to stand till knees in water than sitting on the coast and freezing. :p
