This helps exfoliate the skin, and as long as your puppy is maintained it will not irritate them It is important to remember that all dogs need maintenance even a hairless.

never have I got red marks on them from grooming , just maybe she is not used to being groomed and it is irritating her , no I am not using a guard.

While shaving with the Palm Pro in this video, Do you have a guard on the clippers? I just bought an 8 wk old Crestie and she is getting little red marks on her when I trim her. Are the trimmers too sharp? Thanks for your input!

as a puppy the Palm Pro Trimmer works good , as your pets gets bigger I use an Andis clipper with a 40 blade.

palm pet pro or andis with a 40 blade depends on how much body hair your pet has the small pro is good for face, and an ideal , the andis clippers are better for a hairy hairless.

It depends on what you like I personally like my adults ears shaved on both hairless and powder puffs.
