Circumcision is was intended to transform a boy into manhood. There was no HIV when it was intended. Jesus was circumcised when he was 8 days old

These people need education and condoms not circumcision. Circumcision does not prevent HIV AIDS. The USA proves it.

These people are being mislead to believe that once the foreskin is amputated they are immune to HIV infection.
