Since we are on the idea of a "proper" fill, let me point out a small detail: You don't have to screw the adaptor on "nice and tight" and you'll end up killing your yoke valve o-ring if you do anyways. And, in regards to getting air fills, I happen to work in the SCUBA dept. at Sport Chalet. You CAN fill a scuba cylinder without a diver c-card, but you MUST sign a waiver form that confirms that you will not be using the cylinder for diving and that Sport Chalet is not responsible if you do.
no it doent matter, I suggest always having ur ASA off when u screw in your tank, then slowly turn it on, it just lessens the wear on your macro fittings. but gently increasing pressure inside ur gun. x
CO2 is stored in CO2 Cylinders. You will find them at every welding air facility. Don't buy the argon tank just regular air. Also, to fill CO2, the cylinder needs a syphon tube.
How how much does it cost to fill a scuba tank and how many fills can u get with it? and one more thing because its a 3000psi scuba tank can u fill a 4500psi nitro fully?
My question is whether or not paintball fields will fill a scuba tank. I wouldn't want to have to go to the scuba place to get it filled every time. And I definitely can't afford a compressor.
wow really cool vid man, always had a question on that but didn't feel like reading the stickys on pbn. So its just $7 to get the scuba tank filled at a scuba shop? Also how many fills you get off that? Thanks.
how much is it to buy a scuba tank?
hein127 7 months ago
@hein127 between $150-2$00. You can definitely go cheaper if you don't plan to use the tank for diving.

marcoetreni 3 years ago
You should read the other posts, he said fills were $5. You can't fill a 4500psi tank with a 3000psi scuba. It 1500psi lower than the 4500.
aznricejp 3 years ago
my scuba guy told me to fill it to 1000psi than cool it off than keep doing that till its completly full.

Hitman8090 3 years ago
About 4 bucks to get it filled, for some reason the upload jacked up that part of the vid. I can usually get at least 2-3 cases out of it with my A1.
