Lol this is stupid you shouldn't do it in your bed anyway you don't really need to be relaxed you need to active and get your brain running. Of Everything you read when you revise you'll only remember about 30%. So if you get your brain going you might boost that up to %40 But the best way to do it is to get involved. Try and do something practical you may remember up to 90% of that!
