I think that house is the same one I downloaded from sims3 exchange-called Le Castelet Bleu. My fave! I decorated mine very differently but the house layout is the same. I also have two vacation homes in sims (egypt and france) that I downloaded from the exchange. I love those houses but I highly recommend Le Castelet Bleu as the best for everyday living.
@whitetigerdream ACTUALLY, I saw the vid again, and the outside of the house is very different. It's the interior that is very similar in layout to the one I got for free on the sims 3 exchange. Great house, though!
