I'd practice getting my versions of the voices all the time. I wasn't trying to match the originals. When I recorded, I would record every line a bunch of times and pick whichever one I thought was the best.

C'mon man don't be discouraged continue making more of these vids dude. It's not as bad as you think it is. If It's any conciliation your anime is a helluva lot better than the Kingdom Hearts abridged series. Btw why don't you make an opening at the beginning of these vids? Also not callin ur work bad but synch the voices from the KH game with the panels(be real cool if you did) Also do an ending at the end of each.

You do realize that Newgrounds gets all of its videos from users, right? I am one of those users. I made this video and all of the ones on my Youtube page. I've told others this before. Go to Newgrounds, find this video(Kingdom Hearts Ch.14-18), click on the author (cobra0528), go to that user page and look where it says, "Come and support me on Youtube!", then click the link. See where it takes you. Still don't believe me? Oh well. I've got better things to do.
