Heart breaking. It all boils down to the fact ALL the networking is done by men...we women have to start to do this...build up stuff with each other....this is not just New York. This is universal. I send my admiration...to this great tryer... a typical , woman in so many ways...trying to keep everything going......She is marvellous.

Sometimes it is good to have a child around a family because my Mom and Dad are going through some hard times at this moment and what keeps them going is my 1 year old daughter. I think Adrienne motivation is her grandson and I thank God for my daughter.

Phew it tough in New York, and I am glad someone told her never to give up.

I can understand how low you can get, and how damaging that is to confidence etc. I have been homeless at one stage of my life.

I truly loved this documentary. I was recently evictied from my home, and I know how hard it can be out there. I wish I had Adrienne's drive. Adrienne I truly wish you and your family the very best life has to offer.

it may seem selfish for her daughter to have had a baby so young, but it seems to that Adrienne's drive and motivation to keep trying to follow her dream was directly correlated to the love and happiness she gets from her grandson - they keep you young .. and they love bakery goods -- especially cookes!!
