Aw, what a beautiful cat... it's a sin that she didn't make it. Very depressing story, but at least you know that her last days were good ones, and she got a taste of happiness in the end; at least she was well-fed and in good hands while she crossed over. I feel pity for you, and anyone who was close to Ivy... it's horrible for those people to have done that. They practically killed her. I wouldn't wish death on them, though... RIP, Ivy, and to her owners, you have my condolences.
aww this story makes me cry i love animals and just to think that animals are treated so badly breaks my heart and i really wish i could stop the dog fighting and all the animal cruelty but the truth is we cant but we can do the best to save the animals it looks like u took care of her and that is really great
Im sorry your cat was so abused by careless people. If your not going to feed and love a cat, give it to someone else. Take solace in the fact that for the time you did have her she felt love before she died.

this cat has been through a lot, i can't imagine living in a basement with those horrible conditions, rip ivy... I kinda of feel the pain of matted fur, cause my maine coon has matted fur somtimes and it must feel like someone pulling your hair 24/7 since it lifts the skin up when matted
I feel your lose. My sweet cat passed away of Leukemia. We gave him all the love we had durning the last of his days when he was wasting away. You can see his picture on my youtube profile. He had the sweetest smile.
I had tears in my eye reading her story and looking at this video. Those heartless people have no place on this earth and should be banished forever. At least it comforted me knowing that she spent her last days with a loving family and knew that she was very much loved and cared for. Rainbow Bridge is definitely a much sweeter now with her presence. RIP dearest IVY.

i had a cat called squiffy and she died in 2007 ans was 21 - 25 rip squiffy and ur cat ivy
