  • nice work, on a side note I dig the install with the rings...

  • @thejsapblog Thanks a lot. Very lucky with the flat i'm living in at the moment. I have a v large room and an attic space in it. just build a wooden frame which crowns the attic joists. all the support I need and it's completely removeable. no screwing!

  • @baneparkour nice, unfortunately i'm unable to make any physical modifications to my room right now and my pull up door frame attachment isnt wide enough to latch onto my door jamb, good thing the gym isn't too far away though!

  • Man, you are a spartan. good work :)

  • @NIrelandParkour Thank you very much, really having fun training on rings

  • Cool man...I like your planche work....I have a hard time with that one :)

  • @lilou1003 I am too man. hoping this is the year I make full planche

  • FANTASTIC!!! good work my friend! Planche is looking good 2.

just a little tip for the Planche...point your fit and straight your legs. Just for body tension. belive or not that will help to lock the position.

all the best, and thanks for sharing your progress.

  • @ernestosarabia Thanks a lot Luis, Glad to have your feedback. RE: the pointed toes and straightened legs will be in my mind! At the moment, i feel if I straighten my legs that It slightly narrows my splits. I'm sick at the moment :( but when i recover, I'll get to working on the hold with the leg tension also and let you know how I get on!

  • beast

  • @picklrs666 Thanks dude :) you keeping well?

  • @baneparkour i am indeed, hoes your self? :)

  • @picklrs666 Decent man. Sick all over Christmas there, but i'm feeling a little better and off to America Snowboarding on Jan 3rd! can't wait!

  • Hey man!

    very solid effort overall!

Remember to lockout and turn the rings out when hitting the support and l-sit. I'd advice you to switch grip in the back lever it will prepare your elbows better for advanced ring strength work

  • @mrnielsjoergensen Heya. Thank you for the feedback and advice. I haven't tried turning the rings out in L-sit, I will give it a go. I wasn't aware that you had to do that in anything but the support. RE: the back lever....you mean have the rings facing the other way? ie knuckles up instead of down?

  • @baneparkour

Yea if you look at 2:06 your palms are facing towards you. it'd be better if you switch gip so that your palms are facing away from you. there will be more strain on the biceps and elbow joints. However it will prepare your elbows for more advanced ring work in the future.

  • @mrnielsjoergensen Hey, ok, thanks a lot, i'll start to focus on trying my back lever with this hand alignment :)

While I know rings conditioning is a totally different story, i have a good basis of wrist, shoulder and elbow conditining as I've been training for planche for over 2 years now. Hopefully I won't have to regress TOO much to get the new grip. I appreciate your help mate, thank you!

  • @mrnielsjoergensen

Cheers no problem:) i subscribed. will upload my cross by the end of the week hopefully!

  • yay i know wat ya mean... check this guys channel out, he might give ya a few ideas 'ernestosabaria'

  • thnks man, hows the one handed handstands comin?

  • @urbanprogression haha, they arn't. Past few months have been dedicated to rings and core conditioning for planche. Haven't been doing much focused handbalancing, and zero work on the one armed. Too many goals mate... that's the problem ;-)

  • loved it! how long hav ya been trainin ur planche man? and wat exercises do u use to train it? cause i use tuck planche and advanced tuck and some others.... and its takin longer to get it than i thought

  • @urbanprogression Hey. Thanks dude! I've been training for planche for around 2 and a half years :S to it's taking me a long time too... I am still stuck on the straddle planche, can't move on to full (legs together) yet so I'm working a lot on my core and lower back strength. Most of my training was static holds of the planche progressions on paralettes aiming for 60 seconds hold per session. I also worked with psuedo planche press ups too.

  • nice work man, looks tough :)

  • @BranniganParkour Hey, thanks a lot. I'm having a lot of fun training with these!
