I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting Ramon Ayala 10 years ago. I say unfortunate cause he totally came off as cocky, arrogant y me mando por un pinche tubo. My opinion of him hasn't been the same since. Mis respetos pa' Don Juan and the whole band for that matter! All of them are true gentlemen.

Juan Villareal and los cachorros de are the best band, they no how to play music. i go te every cachorros dance because i like all the songs and i like how the play, they are very friendly people, y Ramon parese estatua when hi plays accordion.

I go to every CACHORROS dance and as always they get down and Juan Villareal is down to earth with his audience. Ramon Ayala is way overrated and it seems like when you ask for an autograph he gets pissed off and it seems fake when he does let you take a picture and get an autograph. Juan Villareal hace que Ramon Ayala se vea como un HUEVON con su accordeon. Sorry Ramon Ayala fans!!!!

hell yea man im real good friends with mico juans son who plays the bajo sexto and me and them get along real bad ass and juan never makes an ugly face at a fan when they ask for an autograph or a picture...but he has a short temper when it comes to bullshit but not with the fans, with everyone....but hes cool...he makes me laugh most of the time makin fun of other people

If you are friend's with Juan's son, ask him why they don't release on CD an album from the early 80's called "Me Gusta Lo Bueno". It has the band posing in front of a brown Ford Pickup. I've never seen any of those songs on CD except for the title track which they rerecored for the new cd "No Logre Olvidarte". Those are some great songs which unless you bought the vinyl record you can't hear anymore.
