I meditate Or atleast I did for a long time...I havent here lately..But I noticed that as you set there in silence you connect or so it feels as though you are connected with everything and ideas as well as visualizations occur naturally even though your mind is clear but it goes way beyond that, I think that meditation can lead to Pyschic abilitys. it would have been easier for you to have said for others to write out their feelings. i've learned the more time i spend sleeping, meditating, and alone (drawing, painting, crafting, sewing, etc.) the more intune i am with myself and with others. i do tarot card readings, and palm readings, but i don't really need that to read others. some people block and its hard to give a good reading, but i could just easily touch someone's hands or look in their eyes, and tell them about themselves!
