@peamealbaconrules Hm, I don't think they were opposed to the fundamental elements of capitalism (buy, own, sell etc.) but I think they were against big business primarily which is an understandable approach I guess.

Yeah, if you've read "Refused Are Fucking Dead," their last communique, they basically say the reason they broke up was because they had to be part of the system they hated in order to exist. But yeah, I noticed that as odd too. But they do need money to exist and obviously want people to buy their music.

Dennis is still with The (International) Noise Conspiracy, and the other guys were in TEXT, which was very avant-garde and all over the place last time i checked them out.

T(I)NC put out a stellar album in 'New Morning, Changing Weather' back in like 2001, and are supposed to have something for us in 2008.

Dennis broke up with t(i)nc a long time ago, like in 2003 or 4 i dont remember, since that, he's playing with his new band 'The Lost Patrol Band' check em out on burning heart, i think their drummer is refused one, i can't recall his name, but he plays with one of the randy's guys and some other people.

if u're more into xhcx u wont like em, kuz they play like an old 60 rock and roll band, with pop stuff and shit, it's pretty good, but u know, if u're just for xhcx u wont like em
